It may be time to bump the pace!

Workout: 50 to 60 minute Easy Run

So I completely wimped out tonight.  I was planning on running outside but on the drive home the wind was really gusting.  So I wimped out and headed off to the gym.  

The run itself was great.  In fact I was thinking afterwards that I wasn’t even all that winded.  I’m thinking of bumping the pace a bit.  I know this is suppose to be a recovery run, but I feel like I should be working a little bit harder.

Also, I think I’m going to try to find a running partner or group to run with during the week.  I really look forward to the group runs on the weekends and would like to do the same during the week.  I’ll keep you posted!
