Good Run
Workout: 6 Mile Easy Run
Great Run! What a beautiful night the sun was out and there was a nice breeze which helped to keep things cool. I was really trying to run between 8:30’s and 9:00’s but was feeling a little racy so pushed the tempo just a bit.
I really feel good this week. I know it’s early and I have a 10 miler on Saturday which I don’t want to jinx but I am optimistic.
I feel like I am getting back into form. Not where I was before Indy but still in a pretty good place.
