4 Miles

Workout: 4 Miles Easy Run

What can I say… 4 miles. I felt a little faster tonight but still out of peek shape. Definitely a little soft around the middle. Need to refocus on building up my core and dropping a few pounds.

Glad to be back in the swing of things though. Nice to in a program again.
