4 Miles

Workout: 4 Mile Easy Run

Just a quick 4 miler tonight.  Decided to run it a little fast just to prove that I could.  My legs actually felt a little heavy but not too bad.    

A little cross training tomorrow and then 8 miles on Saturday am and I’ll be ready to go.
