Eat More!
Workout: 40 minute Easy Run
Didn’t eat enough today, that is for sure! Legs felt fine, breathing was fine, just really light headed. Need to do a better job.
This tapering is hard because I’m not taking the runs seriously. I think only 4 miles which is the wrong thing. Need to stay more focused.
The good news is SanDiego is only 10 days away. I can hardly wait!
