Easy Run Tonight
Workout: 40 minute Easy Run
Nothing major to report here. Just a quick 40 minute run. I successfully slowed down a little although the real test will be this weekend at the Riverbank Run.
Everything feels OK although my knees were a little quirky after the run. Nothing bad, just different than normal. I’ll keep an eye on it in the future.
So this is the last big mileage week before SD. The taper starts Sunday!
