Quick Recovery Run
Workout: 4-5 Mile Recovery Run
So after yesterday’s 20 miler a recovery run was just what the doctor ordered. I met a friend of mine at John Ball and ran along the Kent Trail. I was sooo tight at the beginning, but after the first mile I loosened up and felt a lot better.
We just did a simple out and back at about 9’s. I noticed a little knee hitch on the way out but it didn’t seem to be a big deal. And by the end of the run I was feeling fine.
Next weekend is Indy… Let the games begin!
