Early Run
Workout: 40 minute Easy Run
Oh this morning was early. I have plans later tonight so I had to run first thing this morning before work. I would be lying if I didn’t admit spending a lot of time thinking about ways I could just stay in bed. But I eventually made it to the gym.
The run was good but my legs were a little tired, especially since I just ran last night. Not ideal, but what are you going to do.
Nothing really of note. Feel like I’m making progress and will definitely be ready for San Diego, just not sure how fast I’ll be able to run it.
