Quick Run

Workout: 50 to 60 minute Easy Run

Quick workout today.  I actually had to leave work early to get it in as I had stuff to do tonight.  It’s such a pain when work gets in the way of my running.

I continued with the slightly faster pace tonight.  I think I’d like to run San Diego a little faster so I’m bumping my training pace.  Not a lot, just a few seconds a mile.  We’ll see how this pans out.

I’m really geeked about May.  What a fun month that’s going to be.  I can hardly wait!
