I ran with the Grand Rapids Runners again this morning which is always fun. Unfortunately they were all running 10-12 miles and I just had speed work so I was on my own the last part of my run.
The sun was out which was great, but the wind was blowing so I was a little on the cold side, but nothing too bad. I know… suck it up Wiswell!

I really liked the route we ran today. I’ve run it once before and it is very scenic and has some nice hills which is always good for the legs. So fun, spring is almost here!
