A little bit harder now…

Workout: 50 to 60 minute Easy Run

This morning I bumped up the pace a bit.  After the weekend of good runs and last week feeling like I was ready to bump the time I went for it.  I decided to run 8:34’s.  The bummer was I had to run this morning as I have something going on later tonight.

It’s amazing what a small change in pace can do.  I definitely felt more tired at the end.  The distance and pace were manageable to be sure, but I really felt like I was working a lot harder, especially at the end.  I think I’ll try this again on Thursday and see how I feel, and it sets up the weekend runs.
