Another Run Down... 5 to Go!
Workout: 5 Mile Easy Run
The taper continues. Did a better job eating today so the run seemed better. Really kicked it in the last half mile or so. Feeling pretty good but starting to question whether I will be able to run 26.2 by next week.
Had a family dinner tonight as well. My Nephew has Strep Throat, which I get at the drop of a hat, so am now really paranoid about getting sick before the run.
I think for my next marathon I may try to cut the taper to two weeks. Will have to ask around about that.
