Well I can’t run fast but I can run long! My favorite races are 10 milers and halfs. Their training programs generally fit into my life a little better. I do feel there is a mystique about full marathons though, and hope to do at least one a year. Running is hugely important to me. It helps me relieve stress, and allows me some quiet time to ponder the universe. Of course the pondering of the universe only comes after I stop complaining to myself about various aches and pains.

Running in this kind of place is very hard. Great run there and I love the picture too.
