A Solid 7
Workout: 7 Mile Easy Run
OK… So I’m sick of the heat so I ran on the treadmill again tonight. The first mile or so was a little challenging but after I got warmed up I felt pretty good. As I think back about last week’s 7 miler I definitely felt stronger. I was ready to be done after 7 but could have run further if I had to.
This weekend is 13 so we’ll see if I’m ready for a half. I suspect I am.
Training is going well and I think the speedwork and plyometrics is helping.
