Another 3 miles…
Tonight was just 3 miles plus strength and stretching. I felt pretty good and I’m starting to realize that I’m looking at a 3 mile run as “Just a 3 mile run”. That’s a good feeling, it’s a sure sign that I’m putting in some major distance.
I’m noticing all these strange though. I’ve got this reoccurring pain in my left knee. Nothing serious but I’ve noticed it a couple of times. Plus my ankles feel weak. Not sure what that’s all about.
I have also notice my metabolism has kicked in full force. I am constantly hungry! And my ice-cream intake is approaching pre-marathon status.
Just over a week to go to Miami… Will it ever get here?
