Another Good Run...
Workout: 40 to 50 minute Easy Run
I felt good again tonight, although not as strong as the last two nights. I feel pretty good about my mileage though. If I follow the program this weekend I’ll be around 35 miles for the week. Perfect!
I can really tell my mileage has upped because my appetite has jumped as well. Last night I could have eaten my own arm! I think I need to focus more on my nutrition program.
